You are the sole copyright owner of the content offered for sale, or you have the right to represent the owners of the copyright.
You wish to offer your content for sale, as content bundles, on the TrakAx.com site.
Your content will be offered for royalty-free use, under the terms of our license agreement, which is accessible from this site. You should read the terms of the license agreement and agree that these terms cover your copyright interest in your creations.
You agree to participate in a revenue share arrangement which is based on sales volume achieved for your content.
The revenue share can vary within the range of 20% and 35% of the achieved sale price net of taxes. The higher figure is based on higher volumes being achieved.
