I’m so sorry to bother you, but I just purchased trackAxPC Pro in hopes to have better editing options for my video’s. After watching quite a bit of your Tutorials, I’m still lost as to how do I edit multiple recorded sessions into one whole video. I’ve just been able to play one video and edit that by itself, and I have many recordings of a day recorded that I’d like to put together rather than have these small fragmented scenes.

Can you please help me? If you can refer me to a video (in case I missed it) to save yourself time, I would be grateful just the same.

Hi, my name is katsu. When I import my video file, that is mpg, 600MB, aspect ratio 16:9, trakAx imports the file as 4:3 aspect ratio, so the picture gets vertically squeezed. How can I preserve the aspect ratio as original file? or Can I change the aspect ratio at trakAx while mixing? Look forward to your help! Thanks.

My OS is Windows 7 64-bit

I was putting together a music video and the video and audio runs perfect in TrakAx but when I go to transcode it to youtube format, audio is still good but video has times where it will be running fine and then it will take one of the parts that will still be a moving video and make it stay there.

What should I do for this issue?

I recently purchased trakaxpc 3.01.1 version and enjoyed making videos.
However, since 2days ago, I found that the video effect ( zoom etc) and transitions
does not work smoothly when export to the video.
It is awkward movement or not showing the effect.
I did exactly same way as I did before, and I don’t know why it happened so suddenly.
My OS is Vista and has enough free space 128GB and 2GB RAM.
Please advise me how to fix this problem.

Hopefully this has a simple answer that I’ve somehow overlooked.

I’d like to use a static image (JPG/PNG/etc) that is scaled larger than the viewport, and pan across it during the course of a segment (eg beginning with a map of the UK, then panning to the right to reveal the North Sea as the UK goes off-camera to the left, then across Scandanavia, then Finland).

So far, I have found no facility in tAx that allows me to do this. Am I missing something obvious, or trying to do something the software doesn’t accommodate?

Thanks for your help.
