Each bundle contains 10 loops & beats (eg. 2 Bass, 3 Drums, 1Guitar, 2 Rhodes Chords, 1 Trumpet, 1 SFX.), which have been especially selected to create an entire track.

I have read the licensing agreement for use of trakPacks and I’d like to know what the trakAx people think about the use of these tools in podcasts. In particular, podcasts that are commercial, meaning I intend to make money for my efforts by posting my podcasts on the Web and including at least one on a training DVD that my business partner will market through their multimedia business. I would be happy to include trakAx in the credits. Thank you.

Hey - Many thanks for your message.

You can use the trakPacks for any commercial or non-commercial project you would like. All the trakPacks are royalty-free, meaning you can post/share your mixes anywhere you would like without any copyright restrictions or royalty payments. A credit is always nice, but not legally necessary.

The license agreement in its very basic form covers the fact that you can resell the loops and beats in their original format - ie. you cannot make a new package/CD of loops and beats to sell using the trakPack content.

Other than that you are free to use the trakPacks in any way you would like and with any software program that supports WAV files.
