I installed trakax mobile on HTC Kaiser (WM6). I haven’t been able to use
it due to a bug (WM6 deadlocks) that occur when ending a mix. The Only way
is to remove battery then.
We have not encountered this problem before and the software has been rigorously tested on both WM6 and WM5 devices.
What are the file formats you are trying to mix (MP4,WMV, 3GP,mp3,AAC)?
How large and how long are the files you are trying to mix?
You may have inefficient RAM on your device, please make sure all other applications are closed on your device when rendering a large mix.

Secondly, when executing video or audio mix, it trakax doesn’t play it and
counter doesn’t increment
Can you explain this further? Is your saved mix not playing on your device or is the mix not saving at all?
The software should not have to be installed on your SD card, if there is sufficient space and RAM on your device.
