When I used TrakAxPc and I put on my headphones, the music still plays out loud HELP :(

Thanks for your mail.

I don’t think this is an issue with trakAxPC but with how your PC is set up.

Make sure the soundcard your headphones are connected to is selected in the soundcard dropdown in the Mixer Configuration.

Go to options/Mixer configuration (see screenshot)

And select the soundcard that the headphones are connected to in the soundcard dropdown box and select ok.

Once this selected everything should be working fine.
