The title says it all really. I’ve just made a mix and was wondering if/how I can burn it onto a cd

We enable users to render their music or video mixes as WAV, WMA, AVI or WMV.

I have attached instructions below that detail how to render your mix to the appropriate file format:

RENDER YOUR MIX
You can render your entire mix or sections of your mix either as a WAV, WMA, AVI or WMV, using the render functionality. You are not limited by the number of video or audio channels you can render. Click on the ‘Render’ button (you might need to adjust the size of the video screen), which is located in the top left of the Mixing Screen:

You can also right click in the mixing screen and select “render as”.

I have attached a more detailed picture to illustrate this process:

If you would like to render a particular section of your mix - set your selection (you can do this by either right-clicking and selecting ‘Set Selection’ or holding down the Shift key and dragging the selection with your mouse). You can then select the ‘Render’ option to save this particular area of your mix. I have attached a picture to illustrate this process:

BURN YOUR CD
If you want to burn your audio mix to CD, you will have to render it as a WAV/WMA file.

When you click the Render button, you will be brought to ‘Save Media Screen’.
If you are saving audio, you can save it as a WAV or WMA. You can also select the quality you would like to save it as.
Once you have rendered the mix to a WAV/WMA file, it is ready to burn to CD.

You can burn CDs with Window Media Player which is free with Windows XP and Vista (you may also use iTunes – please see the iTunes support for burning CDs).

Open up Windows Media Player and insert a blank CD and select ‘BURN’.
Find the track you rendered in trakAxPC and drag it onto the burn list and select ‘Start Burn’.
The Mix you created in trakAxPC is now on your blank CD - see picture below.

If you have any trouble, just drop us a line at any stage.
Thanks!
