trakAx

Hello again,

I have some songs in mp3 format that will not play with trakax but do play with Windows Media Player, VLC, Quick Time, and other media players. Some songs are from the same album, which some songs play and some do not. I also have downloaded some instrumentals with the same issue. What seem to be the problem?

This might be a DRM ( digital rights management) issue. Did you buy these mp3. If you did they might be not be playable as they are protected.

Or this might be an issue we have encountered before. This issue is being caused by directX from microsoft. It actually only happens on very few mp3 but we have seen it. There is nothing we can do for the current release of trakAxPC but we have developed a work around not using direct X for the next release that we are currently working on.

If you want to send me one the files you are having an issue with to , I can confirm the what the problem is.
