I LOVE TrakAx and appreciate all the goodies for so very little $$$!

I have a spot where I want to zoom in on a photo and then cross-fade into an unzoomed picture. I keep getting both pix zoomed. Is it possible to do what I want?

Thnx

Hi JaneR

Thanks for the post and the feedback we really appreciate it.

Yes this can be done but both images need to be on separate tracks and the Zoom Envelope will need to be adjusted.
Also you will need to add a fade to end of the first segment and the beginning of the second.

Here is a wiki with a video included that shows you how to adjust the envelope.
http://www.trakax.com/software/wiki/Category:Audio_and_Video_Effects::Adjusting_the_Effects_Envelope_&_Inserting_Nodes/
There is also a wiki that shows you how to adjust the length of an effects grid.

To add a fade to the beginning and end of a segment please see our wiki with a video included:
http://www.trakax.com/software/wiki/Category:Crossfading_Media::Introducing_Fades_to_the_Beginning_&_End_of_Segments/

I have also done a screenshot that shows you how it should look.

I hope this helps and please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions

best regards
Cormac
