Video still choppy!

I decided to go ahead and buy the paid version so that I could save my videos as MP4s.  However, the footage is still choppy, a problem I never had with Windows Movie Maker (and that’s a free program)!  I am wondering how I can make my videos play smoothly and not choppy?  I have to save the video as a long movie, because that’s what it is!  Cheers, and thanks to anyone who can give me some advice here.

Hi SaffireBlue

Are you rendering to a high frame rate and high quality?

There is a way we could definitely replicate the issue here. If it is not too much trouble,

You can archive the mix and send me the .tarc through dropsend. (http://www.dropsend.com is a great free way of sending files. You can send it to )

Archiving the mix allows me to open the mix exactly how you created it and with all the files used to create it.

Please see the wiki link for a more information on how to do this with a video included.
http://www.trakax.com/software/wiki/Category:Save_a_Mix::Archiving_a_Mix_or_Media_to_Share/

I can then open the .tarc file and hopefully recreate the issue here, get the dev team to have a look at it in morning and hopefully get a solution for you.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions on this.

Best regards

Cormac

Dear Cormac -

I usually save it to 16:9 because that it what the
film distributors want the DVD video to be set as.

Should I save it to another type?  The frame rate
is set around 25 per second or something like that.
It gets worse if I set it any higher.

I will try to archive the footage so you may see
better what I’m talking about.

Thank you so much!
