trakAx

This may be a dumb question, but I can not seem to find how/where to save a movie file once I’m done editing. I know how to simply save it as a trakAx document, but not a video file. Any thoughts?

Thanks for using TrakAxPC and we are glad you are enjoying it. Thank you for the feedback.

To render off your mix to selected file format, click on the render button icon (it has an arrow icon with a music and video symbol on it) in the Mixing Screen. It is positioned in the top right hand corner of the mixing screen.Or right click anywhere in the mixing screen and select render as. You will now be able save it off as a selected file format like wma,wmv or wav.

i cant seem to get the render function to work correcrtly for me. no matter what settings i choose or whatever way i select a region, loop or entire file, it doesnt come out right when i try to view the final product.  i just get a bit of movement and a few snapshots...is there something simple im forgetting or not doing? 
i do have about 5 video tracks ive been cutting and pasting to make a music video but i didnt see anything about a limit or anything and it all looks amazing when i view the video ouput preview...all i want is to be able to export exactly what i see in the video output into a viewable video file??? hat am i doin wronng?

after watching the tutorial, i was able to get my file to export but only cause i started a new mix and only used one video and auidio file in the mix window...i also cut with the trackcutter and pasted into the mix view as opposed to before where i did all my editing in the mix view...should that mke any difference?
can i only render files if theres a certain amount of video or audio???
