Hi again, I tried that but it still came up with the “trakax pc has encountered a problem” screen. Is there any other resolution, you were saying that it could be another program, maybe i should get rid of that, but i do not know which one that program could be. Regards, Farhan

I am going through my mails and forums to find the application , I think there could be an issue with. Do you have an application by a company called intermedia or intermedec? It is a video software tool?
