When posting an error or bug, can you please tell us the following details so that we can respond to your problem as quickly as possible
Operating System : XP Home, XP Professional, Service Pack
Vista - Home Basic, Home Premium, Ultimate,Business,
Computer: Manufacturer and model number, (For a laptop probably located on the under side of the device, for a desktop probably located on the rear).
CPU type, Amount of memory, Hard disc capacity - Available free disc space.
Environment:Are you logged on as an administrator of the computer or as a user with restricted privileges when using trakaxPC.
Browser:If you are experiencing difficulties installing trakAxPC, can you inform us what internet browser you are using to download the installer. Eg Internet Explorer, Mozilla etc.
