We’ve experienced a small problem when downloading the app using IE and saving to a new folder.
We’re working hard on this now and hope to have it solved shortly. What is happening is that the file is not downloading fully when saved to a new folder created. It seems to be a partial download instead of a full 14mb download causing a Win32 error.
In the meantime, you can simply save it your desktop/existing folder on your hard drive and you will not experience this problem. Otherwise, you can use Firefox/Safari / Chrome etc. and you will have no issues. Thanks for checking out the site and we will do our best to get to the bottom of this. Thanks!
