Hi there, I’ve just downloaded the trakAxPC (free) install file for the first time and when I tried to open the .exe file it returned the error:

TrakAx_Installer_2_0_108.exe is not a valid Win32 application.

I’m running on Vista 32 bit, with Intel® Core™2 Duo Mobile Processor T8300 (which supports SSE) on an HP PC, with plenty of HD and RAM.

Could you suggest what the problem might be please? Does this app. require 64 bit?

thanks
Anthony

Cormac from the trakax.com team here.

We’ve experienced a small problem when downloading the app using IE and saving to a new folder.
What is happening is that the file is not downloading fully when saved to a new folder created. It seems to be a partial download instead of a full 14mb download causing a Win32 error.

In the meantime, you can simply save it your desktop/existing folder on your hard drive and you will not experience this problem. Otherwise, you can use Firefox/Safari etc. and you will have no issues. Thanks for checking out trakAxPC

best regards
