This is a known issue and will be fixed in the next release. In the meantime, please find below a work around:

ISSUE: Failed to initialise AppOpts Module error.
FIX / WORKAROUND: This occurs when your ‘My Documents’ Folder is mapped to a network drive.
To fix this map your ‘My Documents’ folder to your local machine and not a network drive.
STATUS: Will be fixed in next release.

my documents is on the normal settings and I still get the message. also i tried the other fix and that didn’t work.

We have only seen this error when the My Documents folder is mapped to network drive. Is your computer connected to any network or do you have to login to a network for work everyday?
