For some reason this program will not install on the Epix, I downloaded the QVGA 320x320 trial it wouldnt install I thought ok maybe its just the trial is broken. I have now purchased it and its still not installing any ideas why? No error messages appear it just wont install at all.

Ok some additional details, I have plenty of space on the phone,

80 megs free internal memory, 8 gig microsd card
I have tried both cab install directly and even using windows vista mobility center to install it.

I have soft reset this phone and retried it still failed, what version of .net framework mobile does it need on the phone to run it?

I hope you received my PM and that this sorted the issue and got you up and running.

I was completely baffled about what was causing this issue, but I think I now know what is the problem. Were you installing the application using a Vista machine?

It seems when the User Account Controls in Vista are turned on, the application cannot install using the installer file - you have to directly install the Cab file to the device. However, once the User Account Control is turned off the application can run from the installer. We are currently investigating a work around this issue. In the meantime, I would suggest that all Vista users install directly using the Cab file (which you should have received by email).
