I hope you received my PM and that this sorted the issue and got you up and running.
I was completely baffled about what was causing this issue, but I think I now know what is the problem. Were you installing the application using a Vista machine?
It seems when the User Account Controls in Vista are turned on, the application cannot install using the installer file - you have to directly install the Cab file to the device. However, once the User Account Control is turned off the application can run from the installer. We are currently investigating a work around this issue. In the meantime, I would suggest that all Vista users install directly using the Cab file (which you should have received by email).
