How do you start a song at one tempo and end it at another.  Say I want the song to start at 100 and end at 105?

Hi kkollins

trakAxPC does not have the functionality to add a tempo envelope to increase/decrease the tempo of track.

The only suggestion I would make make is to unlock the track from the global tempo and right click on it and go to the segment properties and set it the tempo to 100bpms. ( see screenshot)

In the segment properties, set the tempo to 100bpms. You may want to set the stretching engine to high quality in the BPM parameters button. (See screenshot)

Then go to the area that you want to start speeding up the track and put the playbar there. Right click and select Split segment. ( see Screenshot)

When you select split segment, this creates a completely new segment within the track.
Right click on the new segemnt and select segment properties and in the tempo field, increase the tempo to what you like, lets say 101bpm.

You can then continue to create new segments in the track gradually increasing the tempo of the track until to you get to 105bpms.

Then render off the track to wav and you have your track increasing from 100 to 105bpms

I hope this helps and if you need any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Best regards
Cormac
