Hi I recently attempted to install the software for my pc but have a problem.

When I click to start the installation it comes up with a box saying it needs to be opened with another program and Itunes is the default choice for this. When I click ok itunes opens but nothing happens.

Help please, Cheers!

On vista, using firefox

Thanks jayqpr

Thanks for clearing this up.

We’ve experienced a small problem when downloading the app using IE and saving to a new folder.
What is happening is that the file is not downloading fully when saved to a new folder created. It seems to be a partial download instead of a full 14mb download causing a Win32 error.

In the meantime, you can simply save it your desktop/existing folder on your hard drive and you will not experience this problem. Otherwise, you can use Firefox/Safari / Chrome (which you have done smile etc. and you will have no issues.

Thanks again for writing to us and telling us our issue.

best regards
Cormac
