let me start off by saying how excited I am about your software. I have been a dance music DJ for over 10 years and look forward to using your products. I am having a problem getting the loop bundles I downloaded to open in trakax. I am getting a message that reads no files to display when I attempt to open them the window reads “no files to display”. They will open in windows media player though. Could somebody please help?

Hi Lee,

I was wondering if you could tell me which loop bundles you have downloaded or purchased so I can look into this further. This is the first time we have received a problem like this, so it would very helpful to identify the problem.
