Hello everybody !

I would like to buy your software, but your program doesn’t fit my screen resolution so I got a error message at startup. The Omnia screen resolution is 240 x 400 pixels (WQVGA). So I send you a request : can you make your very useful program for our screen resolution ?

Or maybe instead of “create” a new version, just modify the screen resolution limit to permit the launch even on the Omnia ?

Hi FladnaG - many thanks for your message.

Currently the next screen resolution we plan to support is WVGA. Once this is live, we will then look at WQVGA. It is slightly unfortunate that Samsung often chooses screen resolutions that are not standard to other devices, as skinning the application for each new screen format takes quite a bit of time and effort. However once the WVGA version is complete, we will definitely look at this.

This would be great ! I need this program because i created with a friend a movie producing company ( called “Llamar Productions” )and now I have a problem : my computer is ... dead (virus) ! So this program is a solution to continue our projects (humoristic Garry’s Mod movies).
So I have a request : you know, when i launch TraxAx, i have a start up error “screen res. not supported”. So, can you just add the WQVGA res to the demo release ? I don’t want you add or adapt any skin, just add 240x400 to the supported screen res. Many apps works on omnia like that (not fullscreen, but can play while waiting a final WQVGA release !). With this, i will be able to try your soft and begin video editing…
This will be great !

Unfortunately it actually takes some time to layout the screens for each different screen resolution - however we do support 320x320, so we hope that to change this to 240x400 won’t require too much time.

As soon as we have our new PC product released, we will be focusing on new versions of the Mobile and hope to be able to support you as soon as possible.
