Hi Wawny
Thanks for the Post and many apologies that you are having an issue licensing the application.
Error 11 is very uncommon issue. Firstly ensure that you are installing the application as the Administrator and you may want to check that your Anti-virus software (as well as your Firewall software) is not preventing access to the internet. Also, are you running the application over a network? I have checked your order and have deactivated your PC. Please try and insert your licence code again and hopefully this will solve your issue.
If this does not work, you may want to follow the instructions below:
Go to Start -> and enter “services.msc” to open the service-managing utility.
(Click Win + R to open the Run dialog in Windows 7).(see screenshot)
Check first that the “Event Log” service is running. In some cases it is disabled, but the Nalperion service depends on it and hence will not run unless it is running. If the “Event Log” service is not running, click “Start the service” to make it run. Thismust be running for the service to work.
(Note: In Windows 7, the Event log is called the “Windows Event Log")
(see screenshot)
Then go to “Nalpeiron Licensing Service” and click “Start the service” to get the service running.
Sometimes the Nalpeiron service itself has been manually disabled. In that case, go to Nalpeiron Licensing Service, right-click it, and choose “Properties”. A pop-up window will appear with a row of tabs. On the “General” tab, there will be a drop-down box labeled “Startup type”. Change that to “Automatic” and click “OK”.
Restart your computer and the application. When you next attempt to activate the software, you may have to tell the firewall / anti-spyware software specifically to allow access to this service (for further info here: http://www.trakax.com/software/support/installation/). Some users find it easier to turn off their firewall software for the 2 / 3 minutes it takes to activate.
Please let me know if this solves the issue. Hopefully we can get this problem resolved for you as soon as possible. Please do not hesitate to contact me personally at if you wish to discuss your order with me.
Many thanks and apologies again for the inconvenience,
Cormac
