Hi!
When I play my videos in Track ax from my c: drive, they play perfectly, but when I go to edit the video in the track kutter, there is no audio attached to the video. why?

The audio might not play correctly on these files as it looking for a codec on your machine (for example: an AC3 audio codec) which is not installed.

I would recommend closing down trakAxPC and then installing the FDDshow codecs* onto your machine: You can download them at: http://www.free-codecs.com/download/FFDshow.htm

Once these codecs are installed on your PC, reboot your machine and trakAxPC should be able to read the video files correctly.
