hello everyone i am new to trakax and i’ve been having difficulties when trying to record using a mixer. I have the mixer connected to my laptop with some sort of usb codec that came with the mixer. i have the connections set up the way they are supposed to be connected but I am not getting any sound when I’m in the record/webcam window. If I could get help it would be awesome but if not then I guess I’ll have to just plug in a cord to the mic plug instead and record that way.

Unfortunately we do not support USB mixers, midi devices and real-time instrument recording at the moment. The Record Window has been developed for use with a mic and web-cam / camcorder.
