Since trakax don’t suppose .mov yet I would like to know what is the best way to convert .mov files to .mp4 or .avi without losing any quality (HD content) preferably free?

Hey - thanks for your message. Not sure if there are any free converters that maintain a really high quality - although maybe some of the other forum members may be able to recommend something (?).

We are working on .Mov support as we speak (as well as AVCHD support), so hopefully people won’t experience this issue for too much longer.

I know Quicktime is with mov format,and you can use a quicktime converter to get mov into mp4/avi video.

At beginning, I often use the free sw. But I found the free ones do not do the work very well. Recently, I’m using ojosoft’s mov to avi converter. I think it is much better than the free ones.
