Hello,

i sat how many hours to test the software, made a 30’ video, and then at saving it, it always crashes at 50-70%!!!

What is this? Very unreliable! All my work now has gone to the trash! smile

Any recommendations?

Thanks

Hey Fekish,

We will try to get to the bottom of this for you. I was wondering if I could find out a few details first, as this is not a common issue.

1. When you say “saving” the project, are saving the project as a .txm file or are you trying to export the project to a file format like MP4, WMV, AVI.

2.If you are exporting your project, which file format are you exporting too. Just to note, AVI’s are uncompressed files and as a result maybe very large in size and as such may put extreme pressure on your CPU.

3. Finally, I was wondering if you could send us on your computer’s specifications, as this will help us get a better understanding of the processing power being used.

We will hopefully get you back up and running soon and we will do our up most to find out what could be causing this issue for you, as again this is not a common problem with our users.

Best regards,

Colm

Now i unistalled the software anyway…

the final effort that i did was to split the work into 7 different sizes of 4 minutes each, the put quality as “1” and export it in mpeg4.

But again it had errors, and thus i was so frustrated that i just unistalled it.

Hey Fekish,

thanks for the response. We understand you are having difficulties exporting a mix, but we will do are best to get you up and and running as soon as possible. To help us understand what’s going on, we will need some information:

Is the software still in trial mode or has the 30 day free trial run out and is now in free mode?

Do your files play correctly in the video output screen? Have you tried to export them using any other application? Do they export correctly.

Did you use the same media file in all 7 parts when trying to export, if so it would it be possible to send over the file so we could check it out.

Finally, I was wondering if you could send us on your computer’s specifications.

We have not experienced many issues like this, so we will do are best to hopefully come to a satisfactory conclusion for you.

Best regards,

Colm
