We have been investigating your issue today.
We think that it may be caused by one of the following problems:
(1)There is a clash of some software that you have installed (2)Very reduced available memory due to a high number of applications running on the device or (3)a virus on your PC is corrupting the cab file.
I think the best way forward is to ask you to email, if possible, the installation log file, this should tell us the failure step and hopefully the root cause of the problem.
You should try to install the application, when it fails, if you go to File Explorer on the device and email the following file to us at :
\Application Data\Volatile\setup.log
