I recently purchased trakaxpc 3.01.1 version and enjoyed making videos.
However, since 2days ago, I found that the video effect ( zoom etc) and transitions
does not work smoothly when export to the video.
It is awkward movement or not showing the effect.
I did exactly same way as I did before, and I don’t know why it happened so suddenly.
My OS is Vista and has enough free space 128GB and 2GB RAM.
Please advise me how to fix this problem.

Hi Hanako

Thanks for mail and purchasing trakAxPC pro

I just have a couple of questions so we can get to the bottom of this for you.

Is this happen on every mix your are working on or just a individual mix that you are creating at the moment?

If it is an individual mix that you are creating, can you send me a screenshot of it? If I can see the particular set up you are working with,I might be able tell what is happening.

You can post it to this forum or send it to me at

Hopefully after this,we can sort it out for you quickly.

Best regards
Cormac

Edit: Also how are you exporting the file and with what frame rate?

I would recommend exporting the mix in trakAx as an mp4 specifically catered for YouTube.

In the Target Frame Size drop down box, select the YouTube preset. See wiki link with a video included.

http://www.trakax.com/software/wiki/Category:Uploading_Video_To_YouTube::The_Target_Frame_Size_and_YouTube_Settings/

Once selected you can click on the YouTube Button in the Mixing Screen to upload it directly to YouTube. It will also save the file to your Harddrive.

If you want to export the video to your Hard-Drive only and not upload it directly to YouTube straight away, Click on the Export Button, select Mp4 in the save as type drop down box and in the video codec drop down box select H.264 level. Also in the frame rate dropdown box select 30 Frames a Second. Please see the wiki link for a description and video.

http://www.trakax.com/software/wiki/Category:Exporting_Media::Save_Media_Window/

The video will now be saved in a high quality MP4 with a frame rate of 30 frames a second.

Best regards
Cormac
