trakAx

Hi,

I love TrakAx and I use it all the time.

I have just encountered a strange problem though.  On sound clips I downloaded from the net, the audio is there, but it’s almost inaudible.  When I play these clips with other software, they’re much louder. 

The sound for music I’ve taken from CDs is the same on this software as on other Software.

It’s just the clips downloaded from the net.

I checked to make sure that TrakAx is turned up properly in the mixer.  It’s at 100% just as my Roxio software is.

I’m sure there’s something simple I’m missing, but I don’t know what it is.  Can anyone make a suggestion?

Thanks for the post and the kind words of feedback, We really appreciate it.

What file format are the clips from the net? AAC, MP3, M4A etc?

Are they all being downloaded by the same source? Like YouTube Downloader HD, real player etc?

It is quite difficult to know what is happening without seeing a file.

Would it be possible to send me one at so I could listen to one here.

After hearing one, I should be able to tell what the issue could be.
