We’ve experienced a small problem when downloading the app using IE and saving the download to a new folder.
We’re working hard on this now and hope to have it solved as soon as possible. What is happening is that the file is not downloading fully when saved to the new folder that has been created.
The file is only partially downloaded instead of a full 14mb download which is causing a Win32 error.
Temporary Solution
In the meantime, you can simply save it your desktop/existing folder on your hard drive and you will not experience this problem. Otherwise, you can use Firefox/Safari etc. and you will have no issues. Thanks for checking out the site and we will do our best to get to the bottom of this.
