I am receiving an error message… Windows - No Disk “Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf9c 4 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c with Retry-Cancel-Ignore buttons. If I press any one of the buttons 5-6 times, TrakAx will start. Anyone have a clue? Thanks.

I am using a HP with XP Media Center.

Hi Tit4tat

Thanks for downloading TrakaxPC

I am just putting the answer to your problem here in case anyone else comes accoss this issue on the forum.

Answer:

If you do a search on the internet you will see that this a fairly common problem. It concerns removable drives such as a CD drive. I have never seen this error on XP Professional and I do not have XP Media Edition. It does occur however on my Vista machine. It seems to be more a bug with the operating system than with the application.

When TrakAx is launched it checks the state of all available drives. On my Vista machine for example if a disc has recently been removed from the CD drive then the act of checking the state of the CD drive causes the OS to pop up that annoying message. It a disc is re-inserted into the drive the problem disappears. I have also noticed (OnVista) if I click on the CD drive in File explorer the CD tray pops open. Close the tray. The problem disappears.

We have implemented a work around for this issue for our next release.

Thanks
