My trakPack downloaded as a Zip file - what is this & how do I open it?
A ZIP file is a “compressed” format file and allows you to download your Loop bundles as one file. There are a number of excellent zip utilities available that have good Help systems and supporting Web sites, including the following: PentaZip, PicoZip, PKZip, PowerArchiver, StuffIt, and WinZip.
If you are using Windows® XP® or VISTA®, please follow the instructions below:
Step 1
After downloading your file, locate the Zipped Folder on your hard drive. Right click on the Zipped Folder and choose ‘Open With’ > ‘Compressed (zipped) Folders’.
Step 2
A pop-up window will be shown. Click ‘Extract All Files’ and follow the instructions on the Screen. Your trakPack will now be available to you in the location you have chosen.
