Hi Dominick,
When you purchase a trakPack, you receive an email with a download link, which is valid for 5 downloads. I would suggest trying the download again, as we have not experienced this issue with any other visitors. The Zipped file is relatively large, but if you have a decent internet connection, there should be no issues with the download.

There wasnt any email sent to my email address. It might have gone to my girlfriends as she paid for it. She felt sorry for me so she paid for it again. I have the download now but had to pay twice.

I have just refunded Cindy US$14.99 for the second purchase of the trakPack Bundle - she should have now received an email from PayPal confirming the refund. When you purchase a trakPack bundle, the email will be sent to the email as entered when purchasing. Perhaps this was sent to Cindy’s email rather than your address? Also it may be possible, it was put into a Junk mail folder by a automatic filter?
I hope you have now received your loops and the refund for the second purchase.

Bought this last night. Near the end of the download it froze, waited 2 hours and it never finished. What a waste of money!!!!!!!
