To add an effect to a video segment on a track, right click directly over the area of the track where the effect is to be applied. Select from the drop down menu “Video Effect”. From the sub-menu that is presented, select the appropriate effect to be inserted. A blue effect grid area will be displayed over the segment.The effect will only be applied to the segment content that is directly underneath the blue effects grid.
Note: Inserting an Audio Effect works in the same way. Right Click on the audio segment where you wish to place the audio effect and from drop the drop down menu, select “Audio Effects”.
